Neck injury sidelines Johnson at pro-am; will play Friday

Defending champion Dustin Johnson missed the pro-am on Thursday with neck stiffness, but felt very confident that he would be able to make his 12:50 p.m. (HST) first-round tee time with Masters champion Adam Scott on Friday.
