Phil Mickelson looks like he will give it a go this week at the Waste Management Phoenix Open. The defending champion and also the 1996 and 2005 winner of the event, Mickelson is grouped with Bill Haas and Ryan Moore for the first two rounds at TPC Scottsdale's Stadium Course in Scottsdale, Ariz.
